As in a family the man making the decisions, a somewhat submission of the wife in this aspect, rather than a sharing in final decisions
How has patriarchy hurt you?
Well sometimes I feel, felt I wanted not the burden so much of this, also in a church an abusive pastor made this more of a standard than generally acceptable to a modern family, as well as ruining the harmony in individuals thru impatient demands to grow

By not considering and listening fully to those looking up to me, rash decisions
How would you define masculinity?
Definitely not macho. There is a great video on YouTube called man up! I agree mostly, there is a softening of ego that should come with age, a safe place for a woman or a child in your life to be free, herself, non possessive, more understanding the old macho man is on the decline ( in me anyway for sure). Twitter has somewhat opened my eyes with a glimpse into the sub/ Dom culture, which I try to understand but it is difficult for me as I believe there is an equality lost there and I wonder what is the root of that. Sorry, off topic, but is it the man’s need to dominate or the woman who wants submission? I find it a little interesting though not my thing
