Societal pressure to be the (successful) breadwinner not childcarer gets me down. Reinforced by policies on this.
How have you hurt people in a way influenced by patriachy?
Being wary of being identified as a friend of gay guys at school and therefore being unfriendly.
How would you define masculinity?
At it’s best protective. At it’s worst arrogant. Honestly I think men’s mind work differently to women’s in various ways. I do think we’re naturally less empathetic and more simplistic (in good ways and bad)
