Does patriarchy exist?
How would you define patriarchy?
Depends on context, but in general I believe you are referring to the fact that men hold most positions of power, and the default assumption is that people are male, along with a number of assumptions about acceptable behaviour according to gender roles.
How has patriarchy hurt you?
It’s more a matter of pissing me off. In some ways I suppose it hurts me in that I don’t excel in the traditional male arenas of physical activity and making a lot of noise.
How have you hurt people in a way influenced by patriachy?
Possibly, although I’m not sure how. Which is part of the problem.
How would you define masculinity?
Having a collection of physiological, psychological, and morphological features associated with a large amount of testosterone in the system.
Does misandry exist?
It can’t really exist as long as the current male-dominated paradigm exists.
Have you experienced gender and/or sex related prejudice?
I have no idea.
What best describes you?
I try to be all of them.
