Does patriarchy exist?
How would you define patriarchy?
The assumption that men not only do but also should be in charge of pretty much everything.
How has patriarchy hurt you?
By making me feel guilty and inferior for being happy not to be in leadership positions even though the world would be a madder place if just populated by leaders.
How have you hurt people in a way influenced by patriachy?
By caving into the stereotype on occasion because it’s easier even when wrong, eg by bullying when reason won’t work.
How would you define masculinity?
It’s a level of comfort within the male being, physically, mentally, socially.
Does misandry exist?
Every “mis . . .” exists, but it’s much less of an issue than misogyny.
Have you experienced gender and/or sex related prejudice?
In minor ways, eg by people assuming I say something because of being male rather than for the merits of my argument.
