Does patriarchy exist?
How would you define patriarchy?
Male centric leadership and dominance of industry as a remnant of the fact women traditionally weren’t allowed to or didn’t work in certain roles.
How has patriarchy hurt you?
It hasn’t really, I’m more affected by economic challenges.
How have you hurt people in a way influenced by patriachy?
I work as a software engineer which is very male centric, I probably have put women off careers in technology by simply existing.
How would you define masculinity?
Generally when in the company of other males. Having an interest in sport, enjoying video games, drinking beer and listening to music with good male friends. That feeling of knowing your friend has your back when times are tough.
Does misandry exist?
Some women dominate, abuse and guilt trip their partners into basically being servants.
