By automatically conferring upon me, a privilege I do not wish to “own” It of course also divides society, it denies women a voice and subsumes us all under its yolk….but only more force for women. I cannot claim to be overtly hurt by it but certainly by association
How have you hurt people in a way influenced by patriachy?
I suspect so but rather hope not….but as a heterosexual man I know that women adjust themselves for the male gaze – a gaze I am guilty of reproducing

A social construct that attempts to locate “men” within a sort of normative unreachable paradigm
