Does patriarchy exist?
How would you define patriarchy?
A system in which the postitions of power are held by males. Question 1 is a bit dumb. It’s obviously an abstract concept. Do you mean, “Is it a force in our society?” Now I have to answer questions on something I’ve said doesn’t exist.
How has patriarchy hurt you?
Has it? That’s quite a leading question. It’s one part of the society in which we live -I don’t think I can attribute anything to being a direct reaction to “patriarchy”. I enjoy the privilege of not fearing sexual assault and not being judged as much on my looks.
How have you hurt people in a way influenced by patriachy?
Again, this is such a leading question, I don’t think I have hurt anyone while under the influence of patriarchy, but i’d never know if i had.
How would you define masculinity?
If you happen to be male, being yourself. There isn’t a masculine identity I subscribe to other that what is natural to me.
Does misandry exist?
Individuals may have a problem with a whole sex or gender
